BALTIMORE, MD (December 18, 2019) — With temperatures predicted to fall into the teens with wind chill, Health Commissioner Letitia Dzirasa today issued a Code Blue Extreme Cold declaration for Baltimore City beginning Wednesday evening, December 18 through Thursday morning, December 19.  This is the first Code Blue Extreme Cold Alert for Baltimore City this season.

BALTIMORE, MD (August 16, 2019)  With high temperatures forecasted for the Baltimore region and a heat index expected to reach 100 degrees Fahrenheit, Baltimore City Health Commissioner Dr. Letitia Dzirasa has issued a Code Red Extreme Heat Alert for Sunday, August 18^th through Monday, August 19^th.  The heat index is a measure of air temperature and relative humidity and indicates how hot it feels to the human body.  

On Monday, August 5, 2019 and Tuesday, August 6, 2019 the program will be relocating to 1200 E. Fayette Street.
