Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance
Discover the art of balance and stability with our Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance program. This unique, evidence-based program offers older adults a gentle yet powerful way to enhance their physical coordination, reduce fall risks, and improve overall mobility. Designed by Dr. Fuzhong Li at the Oregon Research Institute, the program transforms traditional Tai Ji Quan techniques into therapeutic movements specifically aimed at improving postural stability, functional walking, and the strength of lower extremities.
