Baltimore City residents - including your sexual partners - can request free, confidential at-home test kits for syphilis, HIV, chlamydia, and gonorrhea through I Want The Kit.  Click here to order your I Want The Kit. If a syphilis test comes back positive, follow-up testing by a healthcare provider is required to determine if it's a new or past infection. All test are discreet and delivered directly to your home.
