Powerful Tools for Caregivers Workshops (Must attend all 6 classes)

The Baltimore City Health Department is hosting Powerful Tools for Caregivers to provide unpaid family caregivers with the necessary tools needed to care for themselves while caring for others. Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week course that offers caregivers in-person supportive classes and self-care opportunities that focus on: Taking Care of YouReducing Personal StressCommunicating Effectively with OthersCommunicating Effectively in Challenging SituationsLearning From Our Emotionsand Making Tough Caregiving Decisions

Dates for the Winter 2026 session:

  • February 20
  • February 27
